Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic and parsley.
  2. Boil water in a pot, adding salt for flavor.
  3. Cook the linguine in the boiling water until al dente, reserving some pasta water before draining.
  4. Melt half of the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Add the minced garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and add the remaining butter, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  8. Toss the drained linguine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
