Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until nicely combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Drop tablespoons of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
