Description

Delightful appetizers that combine smoky meat with tart cranberry sauce for a festive and flavorful holiday treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meatballs ensuring they’re well-coated.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve warm as an appetizer.
