Description

A quick and easy stir-fry dish featuring tender chicken and vibrant broccoli, perfect for satisfying those cravings without the hassle of takeout.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional minute, mixing well.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the broccoli to maintain its vibrant color and crunchy texture.
