Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Oil for frying (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Heat tortillas in a skillet or on a grill.
- If desired, fry the tortillas in oil until crispy.
- Assemble tacos by placing shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and any other toppings on the tortilla.
