Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • Oil for frying (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
  2. Heat tortillas in a skillet or on a grill.
  3. If desired, fry the tortillas in oil until crispy.
