  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving


Instructions
