Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
