Description

A flavorful and customizable Chicken Burrito Bowl filled with tender shredded chicken, zesty salsa, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • Cooked rice or quinoa
  • Diced avocado
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese or sour cream


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
