Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into an 8-inch long rope.
- Make two small cuts on both ends of each dough rope and pull apart to form bone ends.
- Brush melted butter on the breadsticks and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For reheating, use the oven to maintain crispness.
