A comforting and easy-to-make cheesy ground beef and noodles bake, perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Add the cooked noodles and beef mixture, and stir until combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken, and adjust the cheese type as desired.
