Description

A comforting and easy-to-make cheesy ground beef and noodles bake, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Add the cooked noodles and beef mixture, and stir until combined.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
