Description

Quick and delicious wraps filled with creamy cheese and tender chicken, perfect for weeknight meals or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, ensuring there are no gaps.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the wraps for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
