Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, ensuring there are no gaps.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the wraps for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
