Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro, optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Lay out each tortilla and evenly distribute the chicken-garlic mixture on each.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook on medium heat until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice in half if desired, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
