Description

Delicious and gooey cheesy breadsticks, perfect for sharing or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
  3. Add melted butter and stir to form a dough.
  4. Incorporate shredded mozzarella and Italian cheese into the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick on a floured surface.
  6. Cut the dough into strips or desired shapes.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the strips on it.
  8. Brush the tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
