Delicious and gooey cheesy breadsticks, perfect for sharing or snacking.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
- Add melted butter and stir to form a dough.
- Incorporate shredded mozzarella and Italian cheese into the dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into strips or desired shapes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the strips on it.
- Brush the tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
