Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- Green food coloring
- Mini chocolate chips (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well mixed.
- Scoop the dough into muffin tins to create cookie cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool.
- In another bowl, mix powdered sugar, softened butter, milk, and green food coloring to create the buttercream.
- Fill each cookie cup with the green buttercream.
- Decorate with mini chocolate chips to resemble potions.
- Serve at your Halloween party and enjoy!
