Ingredients
- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
