Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, add the salmon, and cook until the salmon is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the shrimp and salmon in Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust spiciness to taste.
