Ingredients
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage, sliced
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Add diced bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes.
- Stir in rice and Cajun seasoning, mixing well.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
