A quick and creamy Cajun-inspired pasta dish that combines bowtie pasta with spiced ground beef and a luscious cream cheese Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for an additional minute.
- Lower the heat and add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
