Ingredients
- 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or Boursin or other soft cheese spread)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a 1/4 inch empty around the edges for a clean presentation.
- Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese layer.
- Spread the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate, letting it nestle into the ingredients.
- Serve with pita chips, spread on thinly sliced baguette, or enjoy with crackers.
