Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture until they are well covered.
- Add the chicken broth to the pressure cooker.
- Place the coated chicken thighs on top of the broth in the pot.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for a few hours or overnight before cooking. You can also use chicken breasts instead of thighs if preferred.
