Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish with sweet and tangy flavors, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture until they are well covered.
  3. Add the chicken broth to the pressure cooker.
  4. Place the coated chicken thighs on top of the broth in the pot.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Release the pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for a few hours or overnight before cooking. You can also use chicken breasts instead of thighs if preferred.
