Description

A creamy, cheesy dip packed with flavor, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until well blended.
  2. Add the can of Rotel tomatoes (drained), shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the diced green onions if using.
  4. Serve immediately with chips or crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is well softened for easy mixing. For some extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or cayenne pepper. Adjust the spiciness by choosing mild or hot Rotel tomatoes.
