Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with batter, about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
