Deliciously creamy Blueberry Cream Cheese Bites wrapped in flaky puff pastry, perfect for snacking or impressing guests.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square and top with a few blueberries.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
