Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, and mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Drop tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a knife to swirl in small amounts of cheesecake filling into the tops of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
