Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.
- Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In another bowl, combine milk and vanilla extract, then pour into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
