A quick and delicious wrap that captures the flavor of a classic Big Mac without the guilt of a heavy meal.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread the special sauce, add the beef-onion mix, shredded lettuce, and cheese. Optionally, add dill pickle slices. Roll up the tortilla tightly.
- Slice the wrap in half if desired and serve.
Notes
Serve with your favorite sides. Can be made ahead of time and assembled when ready to eat.
