Description

A quick and delicious wrap that captures the flavor of a classic Big Mac without the guilt of a heavy meal.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Taste and adjust as needed.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat, spread the special sauce, add the beef-onion mix, shredded lettuce, and cheese. Optionally, add dill pickle slices. Roll up the tortilla tightly.
  4. Slice the wrap in half if desired and serve.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides. Can be made ahead of time and assembled when ready to eat.
