Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prep the beef by cutting it into thin strips.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and let brown for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add sliced onions and minced garlic; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
