Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles or rice (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to coat.
  5. Gradually add beef broth and mix until smooth.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream; cook until heated through.
