  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups egg noodles

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  3. Stir in the flour, then gradually mix in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.

  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

This recipe is highly customizable; feel free to add in leftover vegetables or switch up the protein. Ensure to drain excess fat after browning the meat for a healthier dish.
