Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak strips
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side and add the beef strips, cooking until browned.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well.
