Description
A simple and delicious beef stroganoff made in a slow cooker, combining tender beef, creamy sauce, and egg noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup homemade or store-bought condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Once noodles are cooked, drain and stir into the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
