Description

A comforting dish featuring tender beef in a creamy mushroom sauce served over fluffy egg noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sour cream (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Add cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  7. In a separate pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
