Description

A creamy and savory Beef Stroganoff that’s quick and easy to make, perfect for impressing friends or treating yourself.


Ingredients

  • Beef (chuck steak, flap meat, sirloin, or ground beef)
  • Egg Noodles
  • Sour Cream
  • Mushroom Soup
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Beef Broth
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
  3. Toss in the beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mushroom soup and beef broth; bring to a simmer.
  5. While that’s simmering, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  6. Once noodles are cooked, combine them with the beef mixture.
  7. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
