Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Toss in the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Introduce the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
