Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak strips
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Crank up the heat and toss in the beef strips. Cook until browned.
