Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Ensure not to overcrowd.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine until thickened.
