Description

Quick and easy Beef and Pepper Rice Bowls featuring ground beef, bell peppers, and garlic, served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Instructions
