Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For alternatives, use mozzarella or cheddar instead of Parmesan. You can also use cooking spray instead of olive oil for a healthier version.
