Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
