- 4 large potatoes
- 200g shredded cheese (e.g., Cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (about 400°F).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and fry for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the potatoes and continue frying until the cheese is melty and delicious.
