Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by washing and slicing the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak potato slices in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
