Description

Deliciously crispy sliced potatoes made easy in the air fryer, perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the medium potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once done, carefully remove the potatoes and serve hot.

Notes

Soaking potato slices in water for 30 minutes before seasoning can achieve extra crispiness.
