Deliciously crispy sliced potatoes made easy in the air fryer, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the medium potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until coated.
- Place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once done, carefully remove the potatoes and serve hot.
Notes
Soaking potato slices in water for 30 minutes before seasoning can achieve extra crispiness.
