Description

A quick and satisfying breakfast featuring gooey cheese and perfectly cooked eggs on thick, toasty bread, made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick bread (sourdough or sandwich)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Butter (for spreading)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Press down in the center of each slice to create a well.
  4. Crack an egg into each well.
  5. Add shredded cheese around the edges of the eggs.
  6. Place the bread into the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
