Ingredients

  • 1 burrito-sized flour tortilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Spray an 8-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Press the flour tortilla into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Spread the chopped cooked bacon evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top of the bacon.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese layers.
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, then uncover and cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
