Ingredients
- 1 burrito-sized flour tortilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray an 8-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Press the flour tortilla into the bottom of the pan.
- Spread the chopped cooked bacon evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top of the bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese layers.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, then uncover and cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
