Description

Quick and easy chocolate muffins made in an air fryer with a rich cocoa flavor and moist texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Prepare muffin cups by lining or greasing and divide the batter evenly among them.
  6. Place muffin cups in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness.
  7. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
