A delicious and fun twist on traditional tacos featuring crispy shrimp, creamy sauce, and crunchy coleslaw wrapped in soft tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the shrimp in the flour mixture, making sure each piece is covered.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the shrimp in a single layer. Lightly spray the shrimp on top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the shrimp cooks, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl for the sauce.
- Once the shrimp is cooked, toss it in the sauce until fully coated.
- To assemble, place shrimp in flour tortillas and top with coleslaw mix. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with extra sauce on the side, and complement with chips or Mexican street corn.
