Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with vegetable oil.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder to make the bang bang sauce.
  7. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of sriracha in the sauce. Utilize parchment paper for easier cleanup.
