Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil spray
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with vegetable oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce and serve hot.
Notes
