Description

Make perfectly fluffy and crispy baked potatoes using your air fryer, with minimal prep and cooking time.


Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes (6 to 8 ounces per potato)
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • Coarse sea salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the russet potatoes under cold water and scrub to remove dirt, then pat dry.
  3. Prick holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Drizzle oil over the potatoes, coating them evenly and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  5. If necessary, cook in batches, placing the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cooking for 30 minutes.
  6. Check the doneness with a fork; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
