Description
Make perfectly fluffy and crispy baked potatoes using your air fryer, with minimal prep and cooking time.
Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes (6 to 8 ounces per potato)
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- Coarse sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the russet potatoes under cold water and scrub to remove dirt, then pat dry.
- Prick holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Drizzle oil over the potatoes, coating them evenly and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- If necessary, cook in batches, placing the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cooking for 30 minutes.
- Check the doneness with a fork; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
- Remove the potatoes, slice open gently, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for best results.
