Description

Delightful and warm Air Fryer Apple Fritters that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with apple goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
