Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes evenly.
- Spread the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Pour the condensed cream of mushroom soup over the beef and potatoes.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
