Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is browned; drain excess fat.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, then the beef mixture, and top with the cream of mushroom soup.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
