Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chunks
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine beef chunks, sliced mushrooms, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Stir in sour cream right before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
